This workshop explores the 'Inclusive Recruitment Lifecycle'. By engaging with key stakeholders and learning from innovative best practice, we are able to create a process that reduces the risk of Unconscious Bias entering the recruitment process, breaks from out-dated traditions in recruitment and allows employers to attract and employ diverse talent.
